Warranty

In this disposable world, we aim to create products that last a lifetime. That’s why every item is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, when used under normal conditions.

This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects like broken rivets, locks, or hardware. It does not cover damage from neglect, regular wear and tear, damage caused by items inside the bag, or if you simply change your mind. 

Whenever possible, we’ll repair your item. If parts or materials aren’t available, we’ll offer a replacement or issue store credit.
