All our leather is ethically sourced from LWG gold certified tanneries around the world. This ensures that our materials meet the highest global standards for environmental responsibility, chemical management, and traceability. We ensure fair wages, safe workplaces, and respect for traditional craftsmanship passed down through generations. Our materials are responsibly sourced, and we maintain low-waste, small-batch production to support sustainability. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to truly love what you receive from us. If for any reason your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, use, or alteration may not be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. If you're requesting an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement as soon as the original item is received.

Warranty

In this disposable world, we aim to create products that last a lifetime. That’s why every item is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, when used under normal conditions.

This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects like broken rivets, locks, or hardware. It does not cover damage from neglect, regular wear and tear, damage caused by items inside the bag, or if you simply change your mind. 

Whenever possible, we’ll repair your item. If parts or materials aren’t available, we’ll offer a replacement or issue store credit.

We ship all orders using trusted and globally recognized courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. This ensures your package is handled with care and delivered on time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a live tracking link so you can monitor its journey every step of the way, from our workshop to your doorstep.

International Orders:
Most international orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the destination and any customs clearance procedures.

Domestic Orders:
For deliveries within India, orders typically arrive in 3–4 business days. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days of purchase.

Duties & Taxes

We proudly ship worldwide using trusted international couriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Most of our international orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

Our product prices are typically below the de minimis customs threshold in many countries (e.g., $800 in the US), which means you will not usually be charged any import duties. However, in rare cases, your local customs authority may impose a small tax or fee upon delivery. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, as they vary by country and are outside our control.
